A number of commonly asked questions about sales and deliveries of our Atomic Activity Books.

Where is the book I ordered? How long will the delivery take?

We deliver world-wide with Australia Post secure parcel services, which generally takes from 10 to 30 days. Please contact us if you prefer express courier, which we will provide at an additional cost.

Is the shipping really free or will I be charged later at the checkout?

We will ship to anywhere in the world at no cost to you. There are NO additional shipping or handling charges at checkout.

What happens if I don't receive my book/s? Where are my book/s?

All books are delivered with secure post, and purchases over 15euro require a signature on delivery. If you are concerned about your item, please contact us and we will work it out.

The book/s arrived but they were damaged, or not what I expected?

Please contact us and we will help you receive a new book, or a refund.

The book I wanted is 'out of print,' will you be re-printing it soon?

We rarely re-print. You can look on other websites, e.g. Amazon, or in bookstores.

I don't have/want a PAYPAL account, can I still buy a book through your site?

Yes. You may buy books with a number of payment methods which you choose at checkout. Paypal registration is optional. Please contact us if anything is unclear or if a payment option is not available. Yes we do accept bitcoin.
